Internet Explorer 5.5 includes 128-bit encryption. If you already have
Internet Explorer 5.5 installed, you do not need to upgrade your browser with
the Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack. If you are running Windows 2000,
installing Internet Explorer 5.5 will not change the current level of
encryption on your computer, you will need to install the
Windows
2000 High Encryption Pack.
